Our second baptism of 2014 is almost here! We look forward to and celebrate decisions to follow Christ and we invite you to join us in the celebration! Held at the Cartersville Landing on the James River, this is something you don't want to miss!

Are you wondering what comes next at PCC beyond Sunday mornings? Then PCC 101 is for you! In this class, you'll learn more about our history, what we believe, how we operate and opportunities for you and your family at PCC. You do not have to be a member to attend. YOU COULD BE A SMALL GROUP LEADER

August 27 - September 14, ALL CAMPUSES

Small group sign-ups are coming later in September and we're looking for group leaders! You don't have to already have a group in place to lead. Click HERE for a quick video about small groups. 

If you have a place to meet and an interest in talking more about faith and what you're learning, then you have what it takes to lead a small group. HELP PUT SOME FINISHING TOUCHES ON OUR RIVERSIDE CAMPUS

Early to Mid September, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Riverside Campus, 2723 James Madison Hwy, Bremo Bluff

We're coming close to our first full year at PCC's newest campus at Riverside.  You can be part of helping us put the finishing touches on the exterior of this campus.  We'll be working on landscaping and would love to have all the help we can get.  No experience or skill is required, although welcome!  If you are available and would like to help complete the form here or stop by the Connection Hot Spot to sign up.

TANZANIAN LEADERS VISITING IN SEPTEMBER

September 6 - 28

Together for Tanzania (TFT) is thrilled to welcome our Tanzanian visitors to Powhatan!  Four Tanzanian men who serve as leaders, mentors, advisors and hands and feet for Together for Tanzania will travel on a "reverse mission trip" to the U.S. for the month of September.

Dickson Mwankanda, Peter Undole, Dr. Whitson Mwaipola and Frank Mganga will represent the work of TFT in their different areas and share their stories of challenges and successes. If you would like more information about these visitors or if you are interested in having them speak to your group or organization, please contact Jeanette Brannan, Executive Director, at jmbrannan@comcast.net.

HONOR RIDE FOR WARRIORS 2014

Saturday, September 20, 9:00am-5:00pm, Riverside Campus, 2723 James Madison Hwy., Bremo Bluff, VA 23022

Honor Ride for Warriors 2014 is a 70 mile poker run, each stop highlights a different branch of service. A donation of $25 per bike and $10 per passenger is appreciated to enter. One hundred percent of the proceeds benefit "The Virginia Wounded Warrior Program". Registration is at 9:00am with first team departing at 10:00am.
